Our commitment to knowing our customers and meeting their business needs is more than just words. Over the past three years, BHI has partnered with Andrea Howe (she/her) and The Get Real Project to take our already strong relationship skills to yet another level. Over 80% of our employees have received training on building trust-based relationships that truly stand apart. Supporting the development of relationship-building skills in our employees is essential as there are no substitutes for transparency, personal connection, industry knowledge, and being consistent and reliable with the various stakeholders with whom we interact. It is crucial in building and sustaining relationships with our stakeholders whether it be clients, vendors, regulators, or fellow colleagues, including executive management and the board. Congratulations to all who just completed this program! Your commitment to the people you serve— and to your own personal growth and development—continues to inspire us all. And a big thanks go out to Jocelyn Bluth for leading this project and Gil Karni for supporting it.

I’m proud of what we’ve done… change takes time and practice to be sustainable and that was our mission from day one, during the Pandemic when we kicked this program off. Kudos to the team for their individual time and attention invested in the program!
