Happy Worksite Wednesday! We’re thrilled to share that the framing for the new Bridgewater Apartments in Bend, OR, is underway! This project features two residential buildings: Building A with 18 units and Building B with 24 units, offering a total of 42 new homes. In addition to the living spaces, there will be three storage buildings conveniently placed between and at the ends of the carports. Plus, residents will enjoy a charming common gazebo, thoughtfully included as part of Building A. Last week, the Baker Team proudly participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for Adult & Teen Challenge Pacific Northwest's new facility! This incredible faith-based non-profit supports men 18 and older in overcoming life-controlling issues like addiction, gang involvement, and destructive behaviors. With this new building, they'll be able to reach 1,000 more people every year! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who showed up to support this important cause.
