🏔 the cost of an extra inch of fabric at scale 🏔 Why do distance hikers/runners cut extra zippers off their backpacks? Why do they saw their toothbrushes in half? Why do they sleep under tarps instead of tents? Because over dozens, hundreds, thousands of miles those extra grams…ounces…pounds translate into… More calories carried More heavy water More energy expended on long climbs 🌲 which translates into 🌲 Less miles per day More days spent on trail More time spent recovering in town Which can make or break a goal 🧐 So the cost of an extra inch of fabric? Over thousands and thousands of steps…it can add up When you’re working at scale solving little problems can result in big change 🏔🌲

Zero Day expands our gear selection with all new alpaca wool wear from @ Appalachian Gear Company Why did I choose alpaca wool? 1. Small family-owned company out of NC hand sewn in the US 🦙 2. Great technical + at home wear. Planning to tackle the grand traverse? Alpaca works. Hanging at home and watching Netflix? Also alpaca. This product is great for a TON of my customers 🏔 3. Awesome price point and extremely unique ⛷️ My customers are loving our new hours and wine bar as well!! Check out Matt enjoying a bottle of our chilled organic French white 🍷 #smallbusiness #entrepeneurlife

Hand-sewn ultralight shelters that go the distance! See y’all out on trail this year! #entrepeneurlife #smallbusinessowners
