"Celebrating residency at Village West, the team had an ignite moment with a resident who due to recent surgery was no longer able to step over the tub into the shower. We did not have an ADA accessible option and she was mid lease, not wanting to move. We offered a 360-degree swivel seat that would allow her to sit and pivot access into the tub safely. Today we had the opportunity to present this gift to her.
