Remote maintenance via the 24/7 hotline with System7 expert availability. An inquiry reaches an expert via the 24/7 hotline. The aim is to help the machine operator immediately when a problem arises. The computer system allows remote access by the authorized System7 service expert. After logging in, the specialist has access to all functions. The below picture shows the working environment in the case of remote access, logged in on a tamping machine which is in daily use.
