As a service business, I bet you spend a lot of time serving clients, which is great, but how do you find time to work on your digital product? I have a few ideas 🤩 - Have a clear plan (get my Google Sheet roadmap at https://lnkd.in/e8FGGnnY) - Set aside small chunks of time, preferably earlier in the week - Make sure you can check one task off the list at the end of each work session - Protect the time once you schedule it - Set client expectations for your availability - Celebrate that you did what you said you were going to do - Think about what works for you in other areas But equally important is the why and the what 🤔 - Do you actually want to create a digital product? Or are you doing it because someone told you to or you think you should? - Are you afraid to put a product out into the world? - Is your product content and format interesting to you? Often we tell our kids that anything they share on the internet is going to last forever (you know, just in case they're going to run for president), but that doesn't apply to everything! Your digital product is going to change. So is your website, your social media and your email list.
