Alright, everyone, it’s time for some real talk. I’m fired up about something that needs to change NOW in our industry. Let’s face it....today’s customers are DONE with the old-school dealership nonsense. They have high expectations, crave tailored experiences, and demand a higher level of service now than EVER. And honestly? They deserve it! 🚫 Enough with the All-Day Marathons at Dealerships! What are we doing to respect our customer's TIME? Have we come up with ways to improve on this? 🚫 Stop the High-Pressure Closes! The days of aggressive sales tactics are over. Customers just want genuine help in making an informed decision. Let’s give them that. The only reason why a customer says NO is because we haven't done our job to provide the necessary information for them to make a decision. Oh and one more thing... They didn't have a world-class experience! 🚫 No More One-Size-Fits-All Service! Every customer is unique. They deserve a personalized experience that meets their specific needs and wants. Why This Matters So Much? Buying a car is a HUGE decision that impacts their lives in ways we often overlook.
