Huge shout-out to Jeremy Toeman and JT White and the rest of the Augie team. We've had an empty slot on our website for an intro video that's been hidden for months, awaiting the production of a beautiful website-worthy video about Apollo 21. Well, last week I got tired of that empty slot and decided it was time to fill it with something. ONE day later, I had recorded the voice over, dropped it into Augie, and utilized their library to craft a new intro to Apollo 21 video with zero outside assistance or contribution. No videographer, no editor, no motion graphics — just me and Augie. (Don't get me wrong, the video would probably be better with the help of a bench of pros — but that comes with costs and time.) Folks I've shared the video with have commented that it looks far more expensive, time consuming, and production-worthy than the effort would let on.
