About the Role In this role, you will own the optimization of our digital marketing strategies across social media, search, direct buy campaigns, web, and more. Daily tasks will focus on enhancing client engagement and brand awareness by crafting compelling ad campaigns, analyzing data to refine targeting, and ensuring smooth integration across various digital platforms. You will work closely with management, sales, and operations teams to most effectively coordinate efforts across the company. This is an on-site position based in Los Angeles. Key Responsibilities Optimize the digital customer journey across channels captivating prospects and reengaging loyal customers alike.  Ensuring each campaign has the optimal content and messaging to drive conversion and growth. Implement a web optimization strategy to bring digital assets to peak performance and align marketing strategies with business goals. Leverage our tech stack and paid digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, Meta, Google) to formulate robust Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to convert prospective customers, expand current customers, and accelerate qualified leads. Support content creation across various marketing channels including web, social, email, and more. Employ unique strategies to optimize brand presence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study  3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing, content management, or demand generation related position Intrinsically detail-oriented and organized – you’ll be working with lots of data and systems that are key to our success Excellent oral and written communication skills Hands-on experience building, optimizing, and measuring campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, X, YouTube, etc. Clear understanding and knowledge of how to instrument ad tracking and ad operations. About the Role In this role, your responsibilities will focus on converting marketing leads into paying customers. This includes, but is not limited to, matching a Division 1 Mentor with new students, scheduling introductory meetings between the parents and mentors, and ensuring these calls go off without issue. Most importantly, you will be tasked with closing sales after the initial meeting concludes. Throughout the process, you will serve as a source of knowledge for clients, addressing any inquiries they may have, with the ultimate goal of a successful onboarding. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to most effectively coordinate efforts across the company and continuously improve our sales funnel. This is an on-site position based in Los Angeles. About the Role In this newly created position on our team, you will help ensure the success of our Mentor-Mentee relationships by communicating with customers, working with athletes, facilitating meetings, and assisting with sales. You will serve as the communication hub for our operations in collaboration with our co-founders and serve as a liaison between our student mentors and mentees and their immediate families. This is an on-site position based in our Los Angeles HQ. Key Responsibilities Assist with sales and customer success by matching mentors with mentees, inputting contact information and relevant data, and following up with leads Serve as the administrator for our texting platform that communicates with both parents (customers) and athletes (employees) and answer questions through email Trigger various workflow automations for onboarding and managing athletes Manage our master operations spreadsheet that is used for scheduling, tracking, and payroll, taking appropriate action as needed to keep operations running smoothly Manage employee records in our internal HR system and billing system (Stripe) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study Past experience in a client-facing sales, account management, or customer success related position Intrinsically detail-oriented and organized – you’ll be working with lots of data and systems that are key to our success Excellent oral and written communication skills Nice to Have Familiarity with HR systems like Rippling or Gusto College athletic experience Start-up experience
