What a wild month it's been! I'm thrilled to share that I'm joining the all star team at Alium to build out a world class Customer Experience program. Having the opportunity to work with Jonathan Sherry, Alexandre Testu, and Lane Bernes Genee again is a dream come true, and I'm so excited about the opportunity in front of us. If you're in the MarTech space, let's connect! While I couldn't be more excited about my next step, it is certainly bittersweet to be leaving the one of a kind team at Lattice. In my 2 years with the Lattice CX team, I had the privilege of learning from top of the line leaders like Lauren Tallerico, Gillian Heltai, Stephanie Waldner, Grant Maestas, Brandis Yarrington, Paul Everett, and so many others. My team of CSM's was an absolute dream to partner with as well. I know that the sky is your limit, Joey Goldfarb, Hunter Weber, Kenneth Yu, David Wollner, Lilian Z., Stephanie Mizzone, Elizabeth McInerney, and Elizabeth Grossman and I can't wait to see how far you all go!

I'd like to formally thank my peers in the venture community whose stellar leadership over the past 48 hours triggered a run on deposits at Silicon Valley Bank, ultimately toppling one of the most important institutions in our ecosystem. SVB made some big mistakes, including major failures in communications as its balance sheet crisis grew. However, the ultimate failure was from the hysterical urging on social media of VCs who undermined our shared ecosystem. It has been a stunning failure of leadership. And I won't even get started on the fact that some of these VCs had neobank portfolio companies that stood to benefit directly from SVB's failure... #svb #siliconvalleybank #wtf
