Senior Partner & Global Leader of Firm Strategy, McKinsey & Company

I am thrilled to announce that my colleague, Tiffany Burns, has been recognized as one of the most influential executives in America by Savoy Magazine! This is a testament to Tiffany's exceptional leadership and the incredible impact she's made at McKinsey & Company. I have known Tiffany now for many years. As the Office Managing Partner for Atlanta, she has been instrumental in creating a special office. Our track record of driving transformative efforts and delivering outstanding results for our clients in Atlanta is unique. Atlanta also happens to be one of our offices with a broad mix of capabilities and is responsible for many of our innovations. Tiffany regularly shares the advice of showing up every day. She told me recently that when she joined McKinsey, she didn't like it and it wasn't going particularly well for the first few months. When she complained to her husband about it, he said "People typically don't like things they aren't good at. All you have to do is show up every day and do your best – it will get easier." Thankfully she continued to "show up" with an obligation to engage and make a difference. Tiffany, congratulations on this remarkable achievement! We are all grateful for your leadership, dedication, and commitment to making positive change! https://mck.co/44yGC2S
