University of South Carolina Operations and Supply Chain Major with Concentrations in Data Analytics and Sustainability
As I finish the last first week of my undergraduate studies, I'd like to reflect on my first semester as a senior. Fresh from a Continuous Improvement co-op and returning to campus for the first time in six months, I made the transition from working full-time back to studying full-time. I embraced the challenge of leading a student organization, SCOPE, participated in a capstone project for my major, took a Triathlon class, and secured a full-time job at ABB. This role in SCOPE was my first in a student organization, and it taught me not only to be a change agent but how to turn a vision into something tangible. We collaborated with various faculty members, planned site visits, and organized club meetings throughout the semester. I previously posted about my capstone project, and since then, I have received my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Every Monday and Wednesday, I chose to challenge myself in the form of a triathlon class. This experience taught me the power of perseverance, showing that even when both mind and body resist, you are still capable of achieving your goals. I also want to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who worked with me and supported me in various ways throughout this journey. Your guidance, encouragement, and collaboration have been instrumental in my achievements and growth. Overall, this has been my favorite semester of my college career, filled with invaluable learning and personal growth. #growthmindset #continuousimprovement #abb #triathlon

Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company | Top Voice 2024 | Leadership | Sustainability | Transformation
One of the most common question that I get from early tenure professionals is how to navigate career. We live in a world where skills no longer last a career, they’re durable or perishable. Research suggests that skills generally have a “half-life” of about five years, with the more technical skills at just two and a half years. I am no career expert and my own journey has been a concoction of (mis)adventures. But one thing I can vouch for is that prioritizing learning early is tenure pays off in the long term. Post SJMSOM IITB, I had joined GE in its OMLP (Operations Management Leadership Program) program. The program is famed for structured learning, whether its Lean Six Sigma or APICS CPIM, I learnt it all. Amongst others, The highlight definitely has to be an immersive experience at the legendary Crotonville learning facility. Stepping onto the Crotonville campus wasn't just about entering a physical space; it was about stepping into a crucible of leadership. My biggest takeaway was a belief that has become my guiding principle: prioritize learning, and everything else will follow at its own time. When the priority is learning, growth is always given. So if you are deciding how to navigate early in career, prioritize opportunities that focus on learning. The learnings will stay with you for a lifetime. #Leadership #Mindset #LifeLongLearning #GE #OMLP #Crotonville #IITB #Career ------------------- I write regularly on People | Leadership | Financial services | Sustainability. 🎓Wrapping up an incredible spring semester at Villanova University!🎓 As I closed out my last Tuesday night class for the semester as Professor Feldmeier in the Engineering Leadership grad course, I'm reflecting on a journey filled with engaging discussions and valuable learning experiences. In our final class, I received some helpful feedback that truly highlighted what made this course special: 🌏Real-World Relevance: Students appreciated the integrated real-world situations and events, making theoretical concepts tangible and immediately applicable. 🤝Interactive Learning: The breakout rooms were a hit! These sessions fostered deeper interaction and allowed students to exchange ideas and learn from each other effectively. 🎥Engaging Content: The structure of the course with short, impactful videos and concise materials helped keep the content digestible and engaging. ⏱️Optimal Timing: The course length for each session was just right, keeping energy high without overwhelming. 🚀Career Coaching: Adding career coaching discussions was particularly rewarding, as it helped students align their learning with their career aspirations. Thank you to all my students for your enthusiasm and commitment. Your participation and insights not only enriched our sessions but also enhanced my own experience as an educator and coach. Looking forward to the next semester! Here’s to continuous learning and growing together in our engineering careers! #EngineeringLeadership #CareerDevelopment #VillanovaUniversity #ContinuousLearning

Dreams do come true! From being an inspired student at Skolkovo to becoming a speaker sharing the stage with industry leaders. 🌟 I was recently honored to address Skolkovo's Executive MBA program, renowned as a peak in Eastern European business education and partnered with Fundação Dom Cabral, with a focus on the business environment in Brazil. This moment marks a significant milestone in my transformative path: evolving from a student in Skolkovo's Digital Transformation program for C-level executives in 2021 to imparting insights on the same platform that industry titans have stood on. This journey has been both extraordinary and surreal. Alongside Andrey Makeev and Gleb Fomichev, during the panel discussion, we uncovered the cultural intricacies of navigating the Brazilian business landscape. The vital lesson? Adaptability and a positive, transparent approach are key in Brazil, contrasting the directness common in Nordic cultures. Reflecting on my journey over these years reveals a profound dedication to self-improvement, a fundamental pillar of success. I take pride in how we, at EBAC - Escola Britânica de Artes Criativas e Tecnologia, with our extensive range of over 150 courses in IT, Data Analysis, Marketing, and more, have been instrumental in equipping individuals and businesses with practical skills for their development. Our alumni are leaving their mark at leading companies such as Amazon, EY, Bradesco, Stefanini Brasil, Danone, and others. What's one personal insight that has reshaped your approach to professional growth? Let’s exchange ideas and expand our horizons. If you're curious about how EBAC can elevate your company's expertise to the next level, let’s connect and explore possibilities together. #EBAC #WomanInTech #leadership #EdTech #DigitalTransformation #BusinessInBrazil #CareerGrowth #ProfessionalDevelopment #InnovationInEducation

🌟 Reflecting On an Unforgettable Experience with Nissan 🌟 On June 4th 2024, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in a pre-lab immersion experience with Nissan Motor Corporation as part of my 𝗠𝗕𝗔 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝘁 IE Business School.
