Today during one of the APSCA’ s sessions I heard that “the APSCA exams have weeded out the bad auditors”. It's essential to critically evaluate the effectiveness of the APSCA exams in enhancing audit quality. Merely asserting that these exams have eliminated ineffective auditors is not sufficient without concrete evidence. This includes data from brands showing improvement in report quality, evidence that improvements in audit results stem from comprehensive identification and resolution of issues rather than just passing rates, and insights into how many auditors were deemed ineffective and on what basis. Was their performance judged solely on exam results, or was there a more thorough evaluation process? These are crucial questions that need clear answers to truly understand the impact of the APSCA exams.

Our Mid-Term Audit has now been completed! 🥳 These audits exist to make sure that we are doing everything we can to deliver quality supports and services, including through our Policies, Procedures and Communications in line with the NDIS Practice Standards.
