Dear colleagues,
We are honored and proud to welcome you to the OK2Ship Ceremony today. This is a momentous day, not only for us but for all those who have been involved in the preparation and shipment of our KC21 and KC22 products over the past period.
The OK2Ship Ceremony marks a significant milestone in our delivery process, demonstrating our commitment to quality, reliability, and dedicated service. We have worked tirelessly to ensure that all our products and services achieve excellence and trustworthiness.
These two critical projects could not have succeeded without the support, contributions, and trust of all of you. We sincerely appreciate everyone who has worked diligently to drive these projects forward, including our employees, partners, and customers. Together, we have overcome challenges and obstacles, and now, we have arrived at this decisive day.
Before we celebrate this success, on behalf of the entire project team, let's revisit the milestones in our journey:
5/2023: Transition from EMS2 to IDM1
- New processes, working methods, and leadership styles.
- Shortage of support personnel in departments such as maintenance, industrial engineering, while still meeting customer targets and requirements.
5/2023: Layout changes to meet customer expectations: re-layout for BLT KE15/KC20 lines & KE15/KC18 FATP lines.
- Challenges in relocating the layout due to time limited while maintaining production and meeting customer commitments.
- No installation team, required to rent outsourcing vendor, leading to extended project Leadtime for each task.
6/2023: Preparation for the 2 new projects.
- Continuous changes in customer equipment requirements and delays in project data provision.
- Challenge with new budget approval/PR/PO deployment process simultaneously with a shortage of resources for implementation.
7/2023: Simultaneous installation for the new projects KC22 and KC21.
- Facing a shortage of manpower, while ensuring project completion timelines.
8/2023: stagger ramp.
- Facing labor shortages, Getting in fluctuations headcount in the production area, and other depts.
- Facing with raining, storm, water leakage and customer challenges to stop whole production due to detecting water in KC22 products during teardown process.
9/2023: After relentless efforts from the entire project team, leadership, and project support teams, we have achieved OK2Ship.
Today, we look forward to the future with confidence that OK2Ship will bring about significant changes in the industry and great benefits for our customers. We commit to maintaining a spirit of unity and continuous development to meet and exceed all your expectations.
Finally, we want to express our gratitude to all of you who have dedicated your time and effort to be part of this event. We hope you will have a memorable and enjoyable experience at the OK2Ship Ceremony. We eagerly await your feedback and will always listen to improve further.
Thanks & congratulations on the OK2Ship Ceremony!
