But, driven by passion and a relentless pursuit of knowledge, I've brought it all together. I delved into how climate litigation is powering China's low-carbon transition, highlighting the pivotal role that global legal actions play in pushing for environmental accountability and sustainable practices. "Compared to a strong climate movement globally and a robust mechanism of climate lawsuits across jurisdictions, China's climate litigation is still in its nascent stage.
