🔥 How we helped a B2B company book 34 B2B sales calls in just 29 days! Those 34 calls resulted in EUR 278,000 in new business for them. A real example from one of our clients - an IT company in Germany, they are offering software development, UX design and IT consulting services. First, let me tell you something important - it does take time to create a B2B client acquisition system that generates great results, usually it’s around 30 days. But once it’s built - it can produce results every single day. For this to work, you need to go through a lot of steps, here is our process usually - we: 1-Optimize all LinkedIn profiles for B2B outreach 2-Create lead lists specifically for LinkedIn outreach 3-Create separate lead lists for cold email campaigns 4-Buy 10-20 domains for cold email outreach and 20-40 email accounts (can be more, especially for big companies) 5-Warm up those 20 email addresses for at least 10-14 days 6-Create copy for our LinkedIn messages 7-Create copy for our cold emails 8-Complete the setup for LinkedIn outreach 9-Complete the setup for Cold email outreach 10-Assist our clients in creating a short VSL (video sales letter) to warm up cold leads To get 30-35 B2B sales calls per month from your outbound activities - you will need to contact at least 10,000 people every month, it really depends on the industry, but the point is - it requires a lot of work and a good strategy. It’s not just about contacting decision makers, it’s about having a strong offer that resonates with your market, having strong foundations online and very targeted clean lead lists. Most B2B companies today -don’t have an offer that resonates with their market - so they are perceived just as another service provider,  -don’t have any info on LinkedIn (almost empty profiles on LinkedIn), and  -they contact the wrong people that are not even decision-makers….  -and even they do run some outbound activities - they send like 200 messages per month, no wonder it’s hard for them to get new clients! And the crazy part - the process is very similar for any B2B company, you can have a small startup or $100,000,000+ in revenue per year company - you still need to work with the same elements I mentioned in this post to get great results and scale your business to the next level.
