Luxury Real Estate is getting Global ☺️🗝️
#Global Through the current economic situation, I see a real opportunity to work differently, to think outside the box. My guideline is international. That’s why I named my new company AS Global Realty. ‘Global’ truly reflects my ambition. Although I work in Paris and France, I also cater to international buyers, because I believe that, together with national clients, international buyers in the luxury segment represent a very important part of the market, and it keeps growing. I’m so lucky and happy to share with you this interview I conducted with GIO HELOU an international star Luxury Real Estate broker of Selling the OC ( Selling Sunset division ). The new release of Selling the OC will be on May 3 on Netflix, Worldwide. I really believe in a bright international future with international buyers and very happy national buyers and sellers. ☺️ Yes We can 🫶🗝️ #GioHelou #AnnaSherbinina #SellingtheOC #Netflix #Global #GlobalSucces #LuxuryRealEstate

Is it possible to break out of the scarcity mentality trap that many museums get into? It is possible. Inspiring, courageous, generous, and bold leaders like Sally Shaw MBE, Director of Firstsite, prove it every day. When you talk to her, as I have done today, it becomes very clear. It is possible to overcome structural constraints by believing in other values such as generosity, unconditional community support, trust in each other, and inviting others to share them. I love Sally's museum-cave concept. Despite the passage of time, human beings remain the same and seek similar things: to connect with others, to feel part of others, to feel respected, valued, and supported. Sally and her team make this possible because, as she says, the more you give, the more you receive and generate. This is how a museum arises from the mentality of the gift and collective generosity. They are changing the museums and the society for the better. https://firstsite.uk/

We covered a lot of ground this week: from how to communicate cultural and artistic projects, how to secure funding for your project, to where do ideas come from and how do we explore them, among many other rich themes and topics. From all the knowledge shared throughout this week, here are a few things that stuck with us, as said by Georgia Taglietti, Loreto Quijada and Ana Viotti

How to get high quality guides? Train them. Put some resources (be it time or money or both) into your guides and help them with continuing education. This can include taking them on other tours (including free tours), treating them to museum outings, bringing in guest speakers to share some stories or experience with them, etc... #tourguides #companyculture #toursandactivities https://buff.ly/3szAh8r
