Since we just wrapped up #smallbusinessmonth, it's apropos to ask, what does this mean for independent small businesses?
Above all, independent merchants need a sense of urgency.
3 additional takeaways for small merchants:
1. Enterprise level AI is the only impactful AI but for it to fit an SMBs business model and budget, seek out a trusted partner.
2. Different AI tools are required but they must be combined into a coherent full stack solution to reap the rewards of efficiency and revenue growth.
3. Without education there is no ROI. Strong always on support and service will make all the difference. Small business owners and their employees need to learn how to maximize the benefits of the powerful tools they are investing in.
AI won’t wait for small business owners to catch up, but like the Wild West, anyone can stake a claim and make their mark.
