I haven’t read any comments yet. My immediate thoughts from this are (1) we’re all a WIP throughout our lives; (2) It’s like a superpower when one can *truly accept and embrace* where they’re at and who they are as is but also want to evolve; (3) Recognizing that fulfillment, meaning and purpose is an inside job largely and not often the result of obtaining certain goals (e.g. I’ll be happy when I get X, Y, Z…)

Very well said! It is so true for many of us. Each professional has an area of exoertise which has been brought up to perfection and there are work in progress areas which are still challenging and exciting at the same time 🤝

Life is meant to be polarising and contradicting.. we can't fit it in a box! Embracing this can be a total game-changer, in business and in life in general

I am always struck by the simple fact that the things that come so naturally to us, we tend to ignore....let me explain. Those skills, thoughts, capabilities, ways of doing things and thinking styles that are so innate in each of us (and different). We assume because they are so easy for us they are obvious and are of no value. If you wrote on a piece of paper the things you find so easy to do and ignore and gave that piece of paper to 50 people and they did the same. Some people in that group of 50 would say "wow, you find this stuff easy, amazing - I find this so difficult." Looking to grow is a wonderful thing. But first stop and notice what you are naturally gifted in, perfect this and find people who value that.
