Finally, we are thrilled to share this exciting announcement!   Over the past few months, Alec Pearson - ACC, CPC, CMgr FCMI, FIoL, ELI-MP and I have been working tirelessly on developing our own 12-month course focused on profound leadership and competency development for both seasoned and emerging leaders. We've poured blood, sweat, and tears into it, but the results speak for themselves (if we may say so).   In a nutshell, the training includes: * 15 chapters on modern workplace development * Emphasis on self-awareness, authenticity, communication, empowerment, and more * Practical tools for intentional decision-making, team management, and negotiations * 25 CPD points after 12 months   Additionally, we utilize the ingenious tool, The Curve.
