Why, I don't know, but this needs to change and become a part of your scheduled appointments, and this is why.......
Many people underestimate the importance their opticians could play in their vision and eye health. It is a very common thought that opticians can only test your vision and that people can tell themselves when their vision has worsened. This, of course, is not true.
Opticians can detect a number of eye health and body health problems from looking at your eyes alone. People do not notice small changes to their eyes, and as a result, they could be putting more strain on them than realised.
The NHS recommends that you should get your eyes tested only every 2 years (more often, if advised by your optometrist).
Do I need to say anymore? Now, let's change this. Let's schedule your opticians appointment like the previous ones mentioned. It's all about opening your eyes to a better health.
