🚀 Tomorrow is the second kick-off call for the C4SCS’ #DSCSA Trace #Interoperability Pilot! Following the first session on Monday, participants will discuss the pilot's goals, steps, and timeline. The PDG Blueprint establishes the foundation, providing a workable Trace model, data attribute definitions, and TI Request / TI Response messages. These messages can be exchanged via email or API, as defined by the maturity model in Chapter 5 of the Blueprint. This brief pilot will test the exchange of these message sets between solutions, exercise the extraction of TI Request and TI Response data, and offer insights for enhancing interoperability and data quality among all Trace solutions within the EDDS system. The Federal Register recently updated the CMS Master List with the addition of 76 HCPCS. From this list, CMS may select HCPCS to be included in Prior Authorization and/or require a Face-to-Face (F2F) and Written Order Prior to Delivery (WOPD). Of these codes, eight (8) will require a F2F and WOPD and six (6) will require prior authorization. Both of these changes will go into effect with dates of service on or after August 12th, 2024. #oandp #newcodechanges #industrypsa #educatingtheprofession #alwayskeepingusonourtoes #youvegotthiswereheretohelp New Prior Authorization Codes are: L0631, L0637, L0639, L1843, L1845 and L1951.
