I am very excited and enthusiastic today after our #IBP Jump start kick off with France #Pepsico 🇫🇷 team . Excited to see level of engagement and energy coming from everybody and real #OneTeam approach. Enthusiastic to see how IBP is rolling out and bringing more capabilities to enable #Pepsico to be even more Faster, Stronger and Better . More to come !  

Such an exciting and energizing last week in Barcelona .  Let me share some reflections :#Garthner Supply Chain Symposium brought together advanced technology companies and Supply Chain leaders community to learn and collaborate . Some take aways : Advanced planning transformation is at the center of industry focus - it is on high demand given uncertainty and volatility we all experience .In technological transformations it is very important to focus on people , putting people at the center , focusing on their  problem to solve and upskilling organization will ensure value generation from technology. “AI is not here to replace people, it is there to enhance what they do .” I am very proud of what we are delivering as #IBP ambition in Pepsico and grateful for opportunity share our story at Gartner Symposium with support of #o9 and have many inspiring conversations with peers on this topic . 2. Visiting #Accenture innovation center to see and touch  what #GenAI can bring to resolve dilemma of connecting complex data points and assist with decision making to make it even more faster and Data driven was very much exciting. 3. Great energy from face to face people interactions with my team in our Barcelona #DigitalHub celebrating success on IBP with our Iberia buisness and discussing next stages . It has been great meeting with Global Leadership #IBP team this week in our Purchase Head Quarter. Very thoughtful discussion on how #Deliveratscale and accelerate value realization from IBP to support #Pepsico vision Perform to potential . It is so energizing to visit our Capability center and Digital Hub in Hyderabad ! Such a power to support and accelerate our digital transformation. It has been absolute pleasure to talk with associates here regarding progress and next steps of Integrated Buisness planning transformation and share passion together  #IBP , #Digitaltransformation 

I am so energized to meet IBP leadership team in our Frito-Lay Head quarter office in Dallas. For the person , who visited 50+ countries it is hard to get very much impressed .  Exploring Shanghai and amazing Pepsico operations here on the China Immersion week recently  I have got very much impressed with diversity, blend of modern and history , East and West, speed of development and rapid innovations, leveraging #technology across buisness and life .  Great and inspiring experience . Last week I was so energized by visiting Pepsico Digital Hub in Barcelona . So happy to see IBP capabilities going life enabled by digital solutions and great buisness users engagement .
