My take on the #WorkFromHome / #RemoteWorking discussion… - For some, it’s the only way they’re able to work and stay in employment - a vital and necessary reasonable adjustment. - For others, it’s a great option to improve their work/life balance. - For some, the hybrid approach is the perfect balance. - For others, it’s great to have as an option when home life takes priority. - And for some, it’s literally the worst thing imaginable, or not possible due to their role. #Accessibility and true #inclusion isn’t about having binary rules, it’s about providing choice (where possible) to give everyone the best possible environment to thrive.

💟 Days like these, I feel especially grateful for the flexibility of our hybrid work setup. My daughter unexpectedly fell ill and amidst the worry for her health, I could be there for her without compromising her needs and my professional responsibilities.
