Claude 3.5 Sonnet—our most intelligent model yet—is also our strongest vision model. Claude 3.5 Sonnet surpasses Claude 3 Opus across all standard vision benchmarks. All this, available to try for free: https://claude.ai. Improvements are most noticeable in tasks requiring visual reasoning, like interpreting charts, graphs, or transcribing text from imperfect images.

My first try at Claude chat models was admittedly when ChatGPT was experiencing issues. I am now considering switching fully! And that was just the free-tier mind saying. Very fast, the UI is much less cumbersome and well thought-out. I particularly like the aggregating elements such as including pasted content in an "attachment" style. The only downside is ChatGPT-4(o) handled latex-style equations better. Maybe I just need to give a try to the subscription tier.

We are testing it and we are... impressed!

Looks amazing. I tried it last night but was a bit disappointed with the results, what is presented here may be cherry-picked. Also, rate limits are severely limiting; you may need more iterations than shown here and run into your limit sooner than you may want.

Impressive advancements in the Claude 3.5 Sonnet model! It's amazing to see how far AI vision models have come, especially in tasks requiring visual reasoning. The ability to interpret charts, graphs and transcribe text from imperfect images can unlock countless possibilities across various industries. Looking forward to trying it out!

Really good at coding compared to gpt 4o in my opinion

Improvements in visual reasoning are crucial because they enhance AI's ability to interpret and understand visual data, leading to better decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. This is especially important in fields requiring high levels of visual analysis, such as healthcare, autonomous driving, and surveillance.

This has been pretty good at coding in my testing so far. Keep on doing a great job. Focus on the core models rather than side products. Let developer community do products. One recommendation that I have is maybe do a multimodal model with Audio-in / Audio-out and make this available at API level for devs. We currently don’t have something like this and Ope AI seems to be focused on their own product.

Impressive advancements in the world of vision models! The Claude 3.5 Sonnet seems like a game-changer with its heightened intelligence and stronger capabilities. I appreciate how it outperforms its predecessor, Claude 3 Opus, across various standard vision benchmarks. This will undoubtedly be beneficial, particularly in tasks involving visual reasoning, such as interpreting charts, graphs, or transcribing text from imperfect images. Thank you for providing a free trial option, as it allows users to experience its potential firsthand. Looking forward to exploring the possibilities with Claude 3.5 Sonnet and witnessing how it can further enhance our understanding and analysis of visual data. Well done!

💀 we’re gonna be out of a job soon
