I love this video. I thought of two things as I was watching it: 1) We need to be okay with asking for help. Nobody reaches success on their own. In fact, success is an uphill battle for most people due to the many reasons this video highlights. Sometimes, we all need a little help with reigniting the flame within us. 2) We need to do a better job with not assuming how someone else is doing. Too many people are going through life with a smile on their face while fighting deep inner struggles or dealing with major issues in their life. Let's not immediately assume someone is slow to respond to a text or email, requiring extensions on projects, or forgetting details because of incompetence or a lack of caring. We also should make it a priority to check in with our colleagues, friends, and loved ones and offer support where needed.
