A few weeks ago, some of our Engineering Management Institute team members attended the AEC HR Summit in Austin. ☀️ We arrived a few days early and spent some time together. In a world of remote work, I can't emphasize enough the importance of getting people on your team together in person to build relationships. At EMI, we have very simple values: Give. Guide. Grow. 🌱 We give our all, guide each other, and grow together. If you're not focused on building a strong company culture, you should be. It's likely the reason people want to join and stay with your organization long-term. Remember, investing in your team's relationships and culture pays dividends in the long run. How do you prioritize building your company culture? Let’s have a conversation in the comments ⬇️ #Engineer #Engineering #CompanyCulture #Remote #TeamBuilding
Wow! This is amazing! Looks like a great close knit team. Thank you for all the work you do in helping engineers.

2moLooks like it was a great team building event and Summit! Love those values as well! 🌿 "Remember, investing in your team's relationships and culture pays dividends in the long run." 👉 Agree with this 100%. Especially in a market where replacing experienced team members is getting increasingly more difficult. Everyone benefits from creating a positive and fulfilling work environment.
