Putting Theory into Practice: Chemical Engineering Internship at Hema Pharmaceuticals Building upon my academic foundation, I'm thrilled to share my experience as a Chemical Engineering Intern at Hema Pharmaceutical in July 2021! This internship provided a valuable opportunity to delve into the world of Basic Chemical Unit Operations, the cornerstone of our field. During this internship, I gained firsthand exposure to various unit operations crucial for the pharmaceutical industry. This included Filtration, Centrifuge, ANFD Reactor & Cooling Tower. Also they have given me a opportunity to witness a ETP Plant. Witnessing these processes in action solidified my understanding of the theoretical concepts I had learned in class. But my learning extended beyond the core unit operations. To gain a holistic understanding of a fully functional pharmaceutical plant, I also visited the Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Material Handling, and Packaging Dept. This exposure provided valuable insights into the rigorous procedures and stringent regulations that ensure the safety and efficacy of medications. The internship fostered my appreciation for the practical applications of chemical engineering in the pharmaceutical sector. It was insightful to see how these unit operations contribute to the development and production of life-saving medications, alongside the crucial role of QA/QC in maintaining the highest quality standards. This experience solidified my passion for pursuing a career in chemical engineering and its potential to make a positive impact on the world. #chemicalengineering #pharmaceutical #unitoperations #HemaPharmaceutical #internship #qualityassurance #qualitycontrol

Professional Experience XXI You can work in more than one workplace in your ongoing life with the company where you started your working life. Each company has its own working discipline and culture. Do not try to apply the same discipline of your old workplace to your new workplace as it will be different from your old workplace. Cunku instead of doing the same, make the transition by explaining to the employees what is suitable for your new jobs. You can get harsh feedbacks and unsuccessful experiences in direct transitions. #HPLC #GC #AAS #ICP #Internship #Intern #University #School #Technical #Life #drug #quality assurance #qualitycontrol #Education #Chemistry #Chemistry #Pharmacy #Drug #Experiment #Biology #Molecular chemistry

Professional Experience XX Repeating the internal training seminars of the companies can create an air of I already know this in the personnel who have received the same training for years. The participation of people during the training ensures the subject matter to be concentrated. The fact that a new information is added to the training should be specifically notified to the participants. Training is always a living process. #HPLC #GC #AAS #ICP #Internship #Intern #University #School #Technical #Life #drug #qualityassurance #qualitycontrol #Education #Chemistry #Chemistry #Pharmacy #Drug #Experience #Biology #Molecularchemistry
