Create an intuitive product with great guides, and lean on SIs and Consultants outside of that - focus on what you do best, building a great product. 🏢 How to support enterprise customers: Chris talks through Blackthorn’s approach to release management and how you can’t force upgrade an Enterprise customer; there’s too much at stake. Blackthorn allows customers to run their product about 3 releases back, so they have a 9 months runway before they need to upgrade. This conversation is really worth a listen.
