Dear Anima Anandkumar how does an AI model that designs better drones and UAV benefit a starved and besieged population under daily attacks from such weaponsized AI guided drones and UAV? Please elaborate on the ways. Do we as technologists have any responsibility for the lives and limbs of children and parents who are targeted for killing or are collateral damage in densely populated urban areas where our AI models are trained & deployed? These are serious contemporary questions, and not rhetorical. We need to examine the ethical and mortal implications of our research and technology.
