Walls ✔ Steel ✔ Roofing ✔ Trueport Phelan Development Company, LLC shell is wrapping up and the team is working to finish the warehouse & get the spec office move - in ready for tenant occupying upon completion !

The rain has gone away and our team at Provident Hall Road Industrial Development is busy forming & placing walls ! We will begin erecting panels in the coming weeks !! Architect Ware Malcomb

WELCOME (BACK), JOE WILKINS ! Joe Wilkins completed a semester long internship with Angler Site Work in 2023, since then he has graduated from Texas A&M with a B.S. in Construction Science and returned to Angler as an Assistant Project Manager. He has joined the Angler Sitework Team, where he will be specializing in site demolition, earthwork, and utilities. We are so glad to have you back on the Angler Team !
