I am still buzzing from the Midwest Reproductive Symposium International last week. A few thank yous and takeaways: -Smaller conferences = more intimate, rich dialogue: I really valued the ability to dig in with people (old and new!), spend the time, learn and soak up the energy both at the conference and after the sessions. In particular, thank you to Eduardo Hariton, MD, MBA for bringing some of us together over dinner and to Shawn Vincent for inviting us to help welcome all attendees alongside Blue Cardinal Advisors Path Fertility Allkind and GENESCREEN COUNSELING, LLC at the opening reception. -Separate sessions for various audiences (e.g., APPs, RNs) illuminated the need for putting the work in the right place: Using everyone’s time efficiently is a key theme of our work at Frame, so we are here for this discussion for sure. There is enough work to go around, so we look forward to the continued conversation on how technology and virtual services can support clinical staff and their patients. -Meeting Fellows and really anyone in medical training reminds me of the bright future ahead: As expected, this conference embraced innovation and collaboration to improve the patient experience. And the REI Fellows are always ready to dig in and actively engaging. (Looking at amazing fellows like you Arielle Yeshua among many others!) Congratulations and thank you to Nickey Pappas, Tracey Carson and Angie Beltsos for bringing us all together. The theme of the event is still ringing in my ears :) Frame will be back next year for sure!
