    Another milestone in the Silicon Carbide mass adoption journey. Wolfspeed announcing today the expansion of an existing long-term 150mm SiC wafer supply agreement with Infineon testifies once more the great work we have done over the years in maintaining high quality while scaling our capacity footprint. Kudos to Wolfspeed and thanks Infineon Technologies.

    We’re pleased to announce the expansion and extension of our existing long-term 150mm #siliconcarbide wafer supply agreement with Infineon Technologies. This agreement helps support the growing demand for silicon carbide #semiconductor materials and devices, which represents an estimated $20 billion annual opportunity through 2030.
