At the outset of 2024, many economists and finance pros predicted as many as six interest rate cuts from Federal Reserve. Peter Salkins, CFP® at Integrated Financial Partners says many have significantly dialed back those estimates. “Those same experts are now only expecting two or three cuts, or maybe none at all,” adding that while most are still eyeing lower rates, “it may be a good time to lock in ...
