We are excited to announce the significant milestone of Phase 1 settlement at Wollert Rise, located just 30km from Melbourne CBD. Wollert Rise, set amidst 10 hectares of conservation reserves and lush parkland, promises more than just residences. It's an ecosystem designed for over 1,600 families, blending modern living with nature's beauty. The project showcases over 8 hectares of parks, 10 hectares of conservation reserves, and protected ancient River Red Gums, ensuring a balance between progress and preservation. The opening of Boundary Road, a key part of Phase 1's external work, is set to welcome the public by Q1 2024. This development not only offers direct access from Boundary Road to Bodycoats Road, home to our new Sales Office, but also stands as a testament to our commitment to community building. Lewis Cormie, Development Director, encapsulates our spirit, stating, "As we celebrate the successful settlement of Phase 1 at Wollert Rise, we are not just building homes but nurturing a community.
