How do you manage personal stress in your role? Some things that have helped me with the stress (good stress, and bad stress) of Genesis includes ice cream walks with my kids, playing rec soccer early in the mornings, and routine of church and breakfast on sundays. Sometimes it’s the rhythms of life that are the most stabilizing and comforting. Curious what's made the biggest difference for you though?

Let’s talk about the biggest lie we have all been telling ourselves “I can’t ! I don’t ! I am like this only!” We have an image of their selves in our heads! I’m an introvert… I’m not the loud kind… I can’t speak back…. I’m never lucky…. I don’t like these kind of things I can’t give up that i can never do this and the list goes on and on and on……. Congratulations! You’ve built your own obstacles. I don’t mean to sound preachy but this is a hurdle we don’t need and each one of us carries it. I’ve seen every single client of mine harbor them and overcoming it is the hardest part of our engagement. Three things we practice: ✅ Most hurdles are habits, ask yourself’why not’ If you say ‘I can NEVER say NO’,ask why not. Till you find an answer that’s not an excuse. You will be surprised! ✅ Do the opposite of what you usually do in those circumstances,atleast once,without thinking of the outcome, just once. Trust me you will shock yourself, you would inadvertently move out of your comfort zone ✅ Last and the most important. Stop saying “I can’t ! I don’t ! I am like this only!” Simply stop! This lie has done nothing enough damage already and you deserve better. So what is the biggest lie you tell yourself? #selfimprovement #brandbuilding #bettereveryday
