I have numerous past projects that I haven't yet discussed, and I plan to showcase them over the next few weeks. Developed for my final group project at Northcoders it involved working as a team planning, spiking and developing our own application. The project was made with MongoDB (NOSQL), React Native (Javascript), socket.io, Node.js, FireBase, Expo Go & Jest. There were challenges throughout this project. We had several members who had ongoing technical difficulties due to hardware limitations. Merging our data was also challenging at times as we often would set tasks where multiple team members were interacting with the same files on different issues. As the intended audience is specific, we would be able to create an app with filtering and display options that would make it easy for a user to navigate and discover games of interest to them, request an invite, host games themselves or communicate with other hosts via a real-time chat feature.
