Good morning Mountain over Moons! Silent prayers and reflections for a few good men and saying prayers for all of those that are in harm's way or waking up to early morning prayers and organizing there days - Happy Monday Coffee and Meditations Starting from the West to the East to review current events and then Prayers from the Eye in the Sky to the Heavens descendant tears. Multitasking and Time management is a lot more understood quietly to oneself first, keep the prayers and requests or thoughts in pure conscious planning. And to be transparent is crucial to training and guiding those above or below equally learning to help each other up ladder with honor integrity and courage. To keep those in mental prayers connecting that you still have your hand on their back or best interests in heart. Silent love is compassionate Truth. In God we Trust, in Love Kindness and Support. Here's to an amazing week ahead - for those fasting today or wanting a quick guide to start, here are a few things to try anew, or remember: 3/4-3/6 3 Day Fast is this Monday-Wednesday Here are a few things you can be praying about for the next three days: 1. Deepening of Your Faith: Ask to feel closer to God and understand Him better. 2. Spiritual Renewal: Ask God to refresh your desire for prayer, the Word, fellowship with other believers, and love for Him. 3. Heart Transformation: Ask for a heart that seeks God above all else. Pray that God would search and purify your heart. 4. Desire for God’s Presence: Pray that you would become more sensitive to His voice and aware of His nearness. 5. Commitment to God’s Will: Ask that you would have the willingness to obey and follow where He leads you, no matter the cost.

"Unfortunately, many junior infantry Marines perpetuate what has been done to them. If they become leaders, they may not know how to train their Marines. One of my seniors once told me, 'We got so many briefs about how they [leadership] would crush us if your peer group called one of us out for hazing. So, when you all got here, we were walking on glass and didn’t know how to train you, because everything our seniors did to train us would probably now be considered hazing.' This Marine and his peers had been trained so poorly that they did not know how to effectively train and teach their Marines without fear of being charged with hazing. They had learned how to break down Marines, not build them up." Corporal Sulentic, writing in 2023, echoes many of the same problems I observed and participated in between 2011-2015. The lack of mentorship for young Marines takes the most motivated, proud, and dedicated Marines down a route of bitterness, loss of purpose, and low Espirit de Corps. I left the Marine Corps feeling I knew something about leadership, only to later learn I was a ruthless task manager, absolutely lacking and devoid of any positive leadership attributes. Obvious to me now, the Marines under me learned nothing of value from me. My legacy was that of continuing the worst aspects of infantry culture that permeated throughout our ranks. On a submarine good to have the gear––think about what happens in a data center. Should this be gear technicians in a data center have with them--or should they. If a fire were to occur especially in an on-slab flooded room the volume of cables and the toxicity of those cables will kill quickly as it did in a data center fire earlier this year. Sadly, the on-slab data centers in contrast to NEC 300.22 are generally not using plenum rated wiring (CMP). The air charge rate is rapid. As an example a data center that’s 12,857 sf with 588 cabinets at 9 kW is 411 W/sf.  With a ceiling height of 20’ and a temperature differential of 25 degrees F, which has an air flow of 444 CFM per ton of cooling has an air change rate of 155 times per hour––a full air change 2.58 times per minute��1 per 23 seconds Based on code requirements, the cooling system will imediately shut down as soon as the smoke detectors are activated.  Fans depending on type will rotate for some time due to rotational inertia force and could take 20 sec. or more to cycle down.  Therefore, the toxic fumes will have already flooded the room. There's no time to put on protective gear. A word to the wise should be––get out immediately. We've prepared a detailed report on this subject of plenum rated wiring in the data center.
