uuuummmm Not sure how the top three directly indicate the measures of leader effectiveness. Seems they measure symptoms and outcomes of LE. Our assumption at Vivo Team is that LE is best measured by team effectiveness and perceptions of team members of the leader's behaviors in 2 areas - operational effectiveness and team development effectiveness. These two areas also id how leaders can improve their performance. Thoughts? jim
