Tenants and visitors enjoyed delicious frozen treats, as they relaxed and enjoyed each other’s company during a well-deserved afternoon break. As owners and managers of more than 150 medical outpatient and specialty healthcare facilities nationwide, the cross-collaboration of our platforms enables us to make thoughtful decisions that guide a unified, and streamlined approach to each and every project - whether it is a tenant suite build out or a broader repositioning initiative. Originally built more than twenty-five years ago as a traditional office building, our integrated management and development teams led a 6,058 square foot revitalization and renovation effort at 11315 Johns Creek Parkway, Johns Creek, Georgia, to reposition the facility as a modern medical outpatient building. Jamie Ochoa Darcy, Director of Property Management, Jalisia Davis, Senior Property Manager, Justin Istenes, AIA, Director of Construction, and Hugh Stephens, Asset Manager worked collaboratively to update the common areas, first floor lobbies and restrooms creating additional value in the prominent building while enhancing the overall experience for patients, families and staff. With an increasing demand for advanced pain management and neurosurgical treatment driven by a growing patient base, the Brain & Spine Center’s new space offers tailored physical therapy areas enhancing accessibility to comprehensive in-house neurosurgical care.
