It was terrific working with Glenn Hoxie, PMP on our article – Why Mentoring Matters – which was just published in ILTA’s Summer 2023 Peer to Peer Magazine.  Why should leaders also act as mentors?   - Mentors become more thoughtful listeners and leaders. - Leaders that mentor others have increased retention rates on their teams.  - Mentoring helps to prevent the isolation that comes with being a leader.  - Mentors open themselves to different viewpoints and ways of thinking, which are critical to being a successful leader.   What did I miss??? #iltacon2023 #leadership #mentoringmatters #coaching #mentoring #leaders
