This post could not be more relevant today than the day I originally wrote it. We are at the precipice of federal scheduling change while state medical programs are limping along and medical patients are getting lost in the shuffle of Adult Use. Prohibition was never a solution, now priorities are the answer. Take a read and invest a quick 3 minutes of your time to understand the complex nature of the upcoming regulatory changes and why our next steps need to consider the health and well being of American cannabis patients and consumers. Join Americans For Safe Access with your best supportive resources: be it time, money, voice, and influence during this historic time. I have met incredibly wise, brilliant, knowledgeable and experienced leaders in cannabis, including health care professionals, policy makers, federal administrators, engineers, scientists, legal professionals, educators, and entrepreneurs. Here with Steph Sherer is another opportunity to join a team led by a brilliant mind who has created and collaborated nationally and globally on cannabis policy. She knows this process, platform and history better than almost anyone I know. Learn more about this comprehensive mission, the Office of Cannabis and Cannabinoid Control (OMCCC) below 👇 and be part of this historical and globally significant time in human care. Cannabis doesn’t have to be the medicine for all people for all things to usher in the rights all Americans have to therapeutics for conditions without criminality and punitive measures that decimate patients and their families. It’s time to stand up for healthcare freedoms and not continuing to criminalize and schedule medicines that save lives. It’s public comment time. #standup #be #heard #join #advocate #changeyourmind #healthcareforpeople #integrativemedicine #medicalcannabis #plantmedicine.
