Physical Therapists! What "diagnostic model" do you use when evaluating and treating MSK conditions? a. Movement system b. Regional interdependence d. Biomechanical e. Pathoanatomical f. Something else g. A synthesis of models Our profession has deemphasized diagnosing from the pathoanatomical standpoint over the years, and I'm not sure this is a good thing. I would love to hear what other PTs or clinicians who treat MSK disorders think about this topic!!  Is there a place in physical therapy for an integrated model that considers the patient from all angles, including pathoanatomical?
