Some topics of interest and ideas include: Innovations in stroke care interventions Post stroke care- best practices and supports when discharging patients to home, rehabilitation supports for improving physical or cognitive changes post stroke Health Equity- providing culturally sensitive/informed care in the hospital setting as well as in outpatient care Secondary prevention- creative and effective ways to encourage patients to follow prevention recommendations, updates on prevention guidelines, primary prevention efforts that healthcare facilities can engage with And more, this is not a complete list but just some ideas to get your started with brainstorming. #Stroke #StrokeEducation #Conference #Healthcare #HealthEquity
