American Home Shield Piece of mind?? I’m waiting over a month for a competent contractor. The one you sent came once and has been a no show with multiple complaints to the BBB. One month of 90 plus degree weather and no air - how is that ensuring peace? Your call center is very good at reading a script and obviously your company does not care about the customer. How is this valuable? Do better!!!

AHS needs to re-evaluate their service contractors, maybe remove Antech Appliance  for their incompetence. They rely on call centers outside the US to take care of complaints but the agents have very limited capacity. Their customer service is bad.

American Home Shield is a scam! I would recommend anyone stay away from this "service". Techs not interested in working and the company AHS has no interest in repairing issues in my home.

How can I contact the CEO?? Never use AHS. Customer issue since 4/2024 and nobody seems to care. They don’t honor the warranty. Clients beware. Use other company.
