The Crystal Women Connect events were launched a few years ago to foster positive growth for women at American Crystal Sugar Company, resulting in a significant 6% increase in female retention in our workplace. This year's gathering featured inspiring talks from Mariah Prussia, President/Owner of MPX Fitness, alongside Rachel Arneson and Bobbi Broderson. A huge thank you to all the women who attended and contributed to this empowering event!

Five generations ago the Arneson farm began with just $500 and a team of horses. Today, Rachel Arneson proudly continues her great-great-grandfather's legacy, nurturing the same land with a passion for community and agriculture.
