There are so many metrics to focus on. - Finding a job that utilises your skills best. - Adapting to a non-military work culture. - Translating military skills to civilian language. - Navigating civilian networking opportunities. - Creating a financial plan for life after service. There are definitely some metrics that matter more than the others. I suggest concentrating on these aspects instead: - Identifying the transferable skills and how they apply to various industries. - Building strong civilian relationships and networks. - Building a personal brand online through LinkedIn. trust me, it is working for many veterans.
