Here’s how to cope with stress ↓ Most people don’t realize stress is a natural response. It can help you stay alert and focused, but too much can be harmful. At times, it feels overwhelming and hard to manage. But with the right techniques, you can take control and find balance. Here are a few things you can do to cope with stress: → Practice mindfulness Mindfulness helps you stay present in the moment. It reduces anxiety and promotes relaxation. Simple techniques like deep breathing and meditation can make a big difference. → Exercise regularly Physical activity boosts your mood and reduces stress hormones. Even a short walk can help clear your mind and improve your outlook. → Connect with others Talking to friends and family provides support and perspective. Sharing your feelings can lighten your emotional load and strengthen your relationships. → Set realistic goals Break tasks into smaller steps to make them more manageable.
