Sometimes, someone checks out our profile. It's more than just a visit. It's a little mystery waiting to be solved. LinkedIn tells us someone looked but doesn't reveal who. It's like a game of hide-and-seek. We wonder who this mystery person could be. Is it a new boss, a co-worker, or friend saying hello? It's a guessing game that keeps us coming back to check again. And while we wait to solve the mystery, we make our profiles look even better for the next visitor. This constant curiosity makes us more engaged. It drives us to improve our online presence. So, next time you see a blurred picture, embrace the mystery. Use it as a chance to polish your profile. #marketing #branding #creativity #people #postbooster

Looking to leave an indelible impression on LinkedIn? I've been in the game for a decade, posting consistently without the success many might expect. But guess what? I'm not stopping, and neither should you. 🎯 First off, define your uniqueness. Can you boil your essence down to one sentence? Secondly, own your opinions and wear them on your sleeve. Your vibe will attract your tribe and repel the rest. 🗣️ Third, if you're not consistently active, you're just another face in the crowd. Consistency isn't glamorous, but it's essential. 🕒 Fourth, weave storytelling into your personal brand. A compelling narrative can be your best weapon 📖 Fifth, your LinkedIn profile is your digital storefront. Make sure it accurately reflects who you are and what you bring to the table. 📇 Sixth, effective networking isn't about numbers; it's about meaningful engagement. Prioritize quality interactions over just adding to your contact list. 👥 Seventh: Challenging the status quo isn't just acceptable; it's necessary. Political correctness has its place, but so does disruptive thought. 🎯 Even after a decade without a 'viral moment' or sky-rocketing metrics, I'm sticking to it. Success in personal branding is a marathon, not a sprint. 🏃♀️ So, what are you acing and what needs work? #PersonalBranding #DecadeLongJourney #KeepPersisting #ControversialThoughts #QualityNetworking What's your take? Success stories, struggle moments, agreements or disagreements—let's get this conversation started! 💬

When I started on LinkedIn in 2010, there was no talk about building a personal brand (or having any fun at all on this platform to tell the truth..all business, no fun). In the last decade I have learned a lot about building my brand on different social media channels, even before the term personal branding was common place. In the last 4 years, building a personal branding on LinkedIn has opened doors I never could have imagined. I’ve come to realize that showing the world who you are beyond your resume is essential for professional growth. Here’s why it matters and how it has helped me: 1. Build Trust : Sharing my journey, including the ups and downs, has helped me build trust with my network. People appreciate honesty and real experiences. 2. Make Real Connections : Authenticity fosters deeper connections. I’ve made some great connections by sharing personal stories about my career challenges and successes. 3. Stand Out : Your personal brand is your unique selling point. By focusing on my strengths and values, I’ve been able to differentiate myself and attract opportunities that fit me. Tips and tricks that might help you on your journey. Consistency : Share regularly about your expertise and interests. Engagement : Genuinely interact with others’ posts. Storytelling : Share your experiences and lessons learned. Visuals : Use images and videos to enhance your posts...some of my most engaged posts have been humorous TikTok antics. Embrace your personal brand—take the time to learn from those who do it very well, and know that there's an evolution...who you show up as today will likely look somewhat different in 5 years. What’s your experience with personal branding on LinkedIn? Share in the comments! #PersonalBranding #LinkedIn #CareerGrowth

Ever wonder how to balance your personal brand on LinkedIn with your company role? 🤔 You're not alone. It’s a question I get all the time. Navigating this space can seem tricky, but it's absolutely possible! As you get started, remember this first and foremost: 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬. 𝐎𝐰𝐧 𝐢𝐭. It's about the future you're carving out, not just your current gig. 🚀 Here's a few tips to find the right balance... Keep It Real: Let your brand show the real you. Your passions, your projects, your drive. This is your professional story, told your way. 💼 Be Social, Be Human: Dive into conversations, share insights, and connect. Remember, LinkedIn is a social media platform - so, be social! 💬 Know the Rules: Does your company have a social media policy? Give it a look. Knowing the dos and don'ts can help you navigate your LinkedIn activities wisely. 📚 Mix It Up: Balance is key. Mix in posts about your work with your personal insights. It gives your employer some love while keeping your content varied. ⚖️ Future-Forward: Gear your brand towards where you're headed, not just where you are. Dreaming of a new path, career, or side hustle? Start pivoting your profile that way. 🌱 Go for Impact: Focus on meaningful interactions. Helping Busy Founders, CEOs, Co-Founders, and Coaches In Taking Their Marketing Game To The Next Level In 16 Weeks | Digital Marketer | Personal Branding Strategist
Yesterday, my LinkedIn feed remained silent. 😵😭 No posts, no engagement, just radio silence. 😧😦 It got me thinking about personal branding and what really matters here. 🤔📆 So, what happened when I couldn't post? 🤒 Well, the silence led to some surprising insights. 😎 😎 Here we go 👇👇👇 💠 Turns out, it's not about the quantity of posts but the impact they make. ♻ A single, well-thought-out post can make a more significant impact than a dozen rushed ones. 💠 I spent my quiet time engaging with other posts and learning from my network. ♻ It reinforced the idea that meaningful interactions can often be more valuable than self-promotion. 💠 In the face of the unexpected, being flexible and adaptable is key. ♻ It's a reminder that life throws surprises, and it's how we handle them that truly matters. 💠 Sometimes, it's the silence that makes the message even more powerful. ♻ It can build anticipation and give your posts extra impact. So, if you've ever felt the pressure to post constantly and wondered if anyone is really listening, consider the power of SILENCE. Remember, it's not about the noise you create instead it's about the resonance you leave. What do you think about the role of silence on LinkedIn? Share your insights in the comments below! 🤯🗣️ #linkedingrowth #consistency #authenticitymatters #personalbranding #linkedinforcreators

LinkedIn is too saturated. There's no point putting so much effort on this platform anymore. I get it. It is one of the genuine concerns of my clients as well. Here's a catch - Humanise your interactions. 3 evergreen ways to keep your interactions humane and build credibility: 1. Skip the Buzzwords ↳Instead of corporate jargon, speak human. Plain relatable language attracts more engagement. 2. Respond, Don't React ↳Take a deep breath before responding to a post. Avoid knee-jerk reactions – well-thought-out comments go a long way. 3. Balance Self-Promotion ↳Promote your work, but aim for an 80-20 balance. 80% share insights and engage with others. 20% promote your stuff. Building authority on LinkedIn needs patience and persistence. Remember: People come here to interact with humans, not just posts. _ Found this useful? Posting on LinkedIn will feel cringey But The one way to make this go away →Is →To keep posting →I wish I had a better answer but this is the only way to get rid of this feeling →But here is what you can do to feel less “cringe” → 1)Share your stories ↳But only share what you feel comfortable sharing ↳If you’re not sure about something, sleep on it and decide later. → 2)Network ↳The best thing you can do to succeed on LinkedIn is ↳to start finding your people from DAY 1 ↳Reach out, schedule a virtual coffee ↳There are so many people who will relate to how you're feeling → 3)Don’t put too much pressure on yourself ↳You don’t need to commit to posting everyday, ↳Decide what is manageable for you, take breaks and don’t feel guilty for it. →You’ve got this →Do you find it "cringey" posting here? →Share your story in the comments #personalbranding #socialmediamarketing #socialmediamanager

No one reading your posts? Want to know why? Your opening line is probably letting you down. 😔Feel invisible in this virtual world? Content buried in oblivion? We've all been there. First up: The thing I remind my team of most often is that you only have approximately 100 characters, including spaces and emojis, before the "...read more" kicks in. This is referred to as the hook. Second: Get your hook into the first two lines. Don't do that thing where you hit return twice after the first line. Do this... This is my first line of text. This is my second line of text. Don't do this... This is my first line of text. This is my second line of text. - - - Third up: The fact is, that the majority of people click 'scroll' the moment their interest dissipates. And the culprit? 🕵️Your opening line. It's either too dull, or too revealing - an artful balance is 🗝️essential. Think of your initial line as a promise to your audience. Tempt them with a sneak peek that your post will enlighten, stir or amuse 🎭 Too much and they've no reason to stay; too little and they won't even stop. Now here's the thrilling part: 🚀 live up to the initial promise, unfurl the hinted mystery and let your words move them. Give them a reason to read. And when they do, they won't just thank you - they'll come back for more. 🎁 I love helping my colleagues thrive on #LinkedIn.
