Feeling trapped in the friend zone? Relax, there's a way out. Before you take any action, it's essential to gauge if the other person might have romantic feelings for you as well. Look for signs like prolonged eye contact, physical touch, or flirty behavior. Keep in mind, however, that these signs can sometimes be misguiding. When changing the nature of a relationship, you need to be prepared to lose it. But, whatever the outcome, aim for a respectful and caring approach throughout the process. If the other person does not share your feelings, respect their boundaries and choices. In that case, a little distance might be a good idea to give both of you some time and space to process things. Whatever happens, speak your heart out. Your future self will be proud of you! #ambiancematchmaking #matchmakingagency #matchmakingservices #matchmakingexpert #relationships #dating #datingexpert #datingblog #datingpodcast #consciousliving #consciousdating

Fear of judgment is a common and natural human emotion. It stems from a desire for social acceptance and a fear of rejection, ridicule, or criticism. This fear can be a significant barrier to authenticity because it often leads people to hide their true selves, wear masks, or conform to what they believe others expect from them. While the fear may never completely disappear, it can be overshadowed by the liberating feeling of being true to oneself. When we live authentically, we experience greater self-acceptance, happiness, and a sense of purpose in our daily lives. 💓 Listen to this week’s episode with Ritu Bhasin @ritu_bhasin to learn more about the importance of living authentically and breaking free from societal expectations. Have you ever felt like you had to hide a part of yourself because of the fear of judgment? What was that experience like for you? #kristendboice #closethechapterpodcast #mentalhealthawareness #FearOfJudgment #AuthenticityMatters #BeYourself #NoMoreMasks #EmbraceAuthenticity #OvercomingFear #SelfAcceptance #LiberateYourself #LiveAuthentically #TrueToMyself #HappinessWithin #AuthenticLiving #FindYourPurpose #BreakTheBarriers #AuthenticConnections #FearlessAuthenticity #BeRealNotPerfect #AuthenticLife #JudgmentFreeZone #EmpowerAuthenticity

CJJSCHOOLOFSOUL 15/1 New Series. TITLED: Enjoying the journey. EPISODE 9 part 3- 9 Journey vs Destination: Betrayal. What do I think about betrayal, about the truth in a friendship, and about, you know, being selective and having less if it means struggling? Friendship is something real, something that should never be contradicted, never be betrayed. Today I'm reflecting on the importance of friendship and the values that come with it. Betrayal in a friendship can be a difficult experience to navigate., betrayal in a friendship can cause a range of negative emotions, including shock, loss, and grief. This is because people have expectations of friendship, including support, respect, loyalty, reciprocity, or connection. A sense of betrayal exists because the expectations of friendship are violated. 1- It is important to remember that being selective about the people you allow into your life is a form of self-care. 2- It means that you know how to take care of yourself and your well-being. As The Power of Silence suggests, self-care is about filling your life with good and positive people and letting their energy overflow your life with optimism and positivity. 3- Struggling is a part of life, and it is okay to have less if it means that you are prioritizing your well-being. According to Verywell Mind, low self-esteem can lead to a poor sense of self-value, which can encompass a range of factors, such as your sense of identity, self-confidence, feelings of competence, and feelings of belonging. It is important to remember that you are not alone in your thoughts and feelings. Give your soul a chance to guide you through the journey. #followyourheart #mindfulnesspractice #mindset #friendship #betrayal #truth #thetruth

Does that “makeup to breakup” cycle make it easier to let go? In relationships, repeated breakups can desensitize individuals to the emotional turmoil of separation, leading to a gradual detachment. Each breakup acts like a rehearsal for the final split, diminishing the fear, pain, and uncertainty associated with ending the relationship. Over time, the emotional bond weakens, and the significance of the partnership diminishes, making it easier to let go. The harsh reality is that this cycle can erode the foundation of trust and intimacy that relationships need to thrive. When breakups become a pattern, they can transform from being significant, heart-wrenching events to mere inconveniences. This shift not only makes it easier to detach from the relationship but can also lead to a deeper emotional disengagement, affecting one’s ability to connect authentically in future relationships. Are you learning from each breakup, or are you stuck in a cycle that hinders your personal growth and emotional wellness? Get on my email list and discover How you can break this pattern to create a healthier, more fulfilling relationship dynamic moving forward! #love #relationships #relationshipgoals #relatable #breakup #makeuplover #wine #candles #men #women #toxic #toxicrelationships #dating #single #accountability #inlove #podcast #speaker #tired #freedom #infidelity #selflove #selfcare #mentalhealth #mentalhealthmatters #emotional #emotions #cry #divorce #seperated

Once you're sure you have found the right person, asking her out can feel a bit paralyzing, especially if you're socially anxious or afraid of being rejected and intimate with someone. But without taking that step you'll just be waiting around like a sitting duck for something great to fall into your lap. And that rarely works. Once you take that step forward, no matter the outcome, you'll feel great relief and self-assurance for taking control of your own happiness. Learning how to ask a girl out is all about method: Even if you're nervous, make an effort to come across as self-confident. Easier said than done, but really effective! Give her the assurance she'll have a fun time with you, whatever the plan is. Show her your sense of humor. Be complimentary. Show her your intellectual attributes and some interests you'd like to share. #ambiancematchmaking #matchmakingagency #matchmakingservices #matchmakingexpert #relationships #dating #datingexpert #datingblog #datingpodcast #consciousliving #consciousdating

I save businesses FORTUNES reducing burnout, supercharging wellbeing & calming minds | Corporate Training | 1:1 Executive Training | Keynote Speaker | stevewaremindfulness.com
This conversation is the MOST raw, brutally honest & real I’ve been. And it’s not easy to be vulnerable as a bloke, at least not for me. I really didn’t like Chris O’Connell🍀when I first stumbled across him on LinkedIn. Some dude that wore £45k watches, had multiple houses, spent more money on holidays than I earned in a year? Come onnnnnnn man….we had ZERO in common. But then I saw a post about him LOSING everything…about his childhood trauma, his suicide attempts. Here was a guy being more open, honest and vulnerable than pretty much anyone else I knew and I instantly warmed to him. I listened to his podcast where he ‘interviewed’ himself and immediately left him a voice note telling him how I much I respected him. Cos here was someone who KNOWS suffering, has had his a*se kicked by life, but has come back a better, stronger, more rounded person. So when he invited me to London to record a podcast it was a no-brainer. I was nervous, he doesn’t pull any punches! But it means we get into a pretty deep conversation pretty quickly….. (it also might be why I look like a serial killer in this interview 😂 . Soooo serious! Any tips on how to lighten up a resting b1tch face?) Link in the comments to watch 😃 #mindfulness
